Google’s Gemini AI Should Concern All of Us
And not for the typical “anti-AI” reasons
Google recently released their AI search competition to ChatGPT called “Gemini.”
And immediately the internet proved just how biased and disgusting Google is.
Here are the results when searching for Founding Fathers of America, an image of a Viking, and even an image of a pope:
In case you can’t tell, these are actually 100% the opposite of the truth in every example.
The Founding Fathers of the US were not African, Asian, or Native American. Vikings are from Scandinavia and to this day it’s still one of the whitest places on Earth (outside of a Starbucks in the suburbs, anyway). And the Pope? Not only have 100% of them been male, 100% have also been fair-skinned.
Then you have the search for Nazis, and things get even more racist:
So Google wants you to believe that Nazis were white, black, and Asian?
Google could not have done a better job exposing just how disgusting and vile “diversity for diversity’s sake” can be.
